Maintenance Manager
Job Description
Maintenance Management
- Design and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.
- Supervise corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment availability.
- Track and improve KPIs includingMTTRandMTTF.
- Establish maintenance standards for MRO and machine shop areas.
- Lead the maintenance team (technicians, engineers, supervisors).
- Lead initiatives to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Use root cause analysis, 5 Whys, PDCA, and other problem-solving tools.
- Lead maintenance projects for MXMA, MXMO, and MXRX business units.
- Define scope, budget, timeline, and resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage the annual maintenance budget.
