Maintenance Manager
Job Description
H.B. Fuller is seeking aMaintenance Managerto oversee all maintenance operations at a high-volume production facility. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of maintenance mechanics and electricians
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to reduce downtime
Manage KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE; drive continuous improvement
Maintain and optimize the site’s maintenance management system (CMMS)
Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards
Coordinate contractors and infrastructure projects; manage related budgets and contracts
Support production with technical troubleshooting and emergency response
Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and quality teams on installations and upgrades
