This role ensures productivity, quality, turnaround time, and cost targets are met while maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance, compliance with data privacy and security standards, and a safe, reliable, and connected environment.

Lead and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment, facilities, and systems
Oversee IT and OT infrastructure related to production and maintenance, ensuring reliable operations
Maintain and enforce IT Security, OT Security, and Data Privacy controls in alignment with Sonova’s global standards
