Maintenance Manager - Luxury

Job Description

The Maintenance Manager - Luxury is primarily responsible for day-to-day property maintenance, fire safety, inventory management, capital upgrades, and preventative maintenance of York Property Management’s Luxury portfolio in London, Ontario.

This position works in collaboration with MREs, the Community Manager, and will report to the Director Operations.

Priorities change regularly in this position and the Maintenance Manager - Luxury must be flexible and willing to change roles and responsibilities as required.

Responsibilities

This position oversees Maintenance Technicians at several properties in addition to working hands-on and with contractors.

• Complete some service requests as needed
• Coordinate service requests for unit maintenance, assign and schedule staff and/or contractors to complete work orders
