Maintenance Manager

Goal

Implement maintenance standards, and define maintenance schedules and processes to ensure the availability of all manufacturing machines, for a single plant or MU assigned.

Principal Activities

• Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed.
• Define maintenance‑specific processes and schedules, in cooperation with SC and/or production planning.
• Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, across all assigned workshops.
• Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure.
• Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers.

Education, experience, knowledge, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience.
• Advanced English.
