Take charge as the Maintenance Manager at Fort Langley Seniors, ensuring a safe and well-maintained living environment for seniors. This role involves overseeing all maintenance operations, from preventative checks to emergency repairs.
As the Maintenance Manager, you will report directly to the Site Leader. Your responsibilities will include managing the preventative maintenance program, maintaining building systems, and executing work orders. You will also support quality initiatives and participate in fire safety programs, ensuring an optimal living space for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program
• Oversee maintenance of the building envelope and grounds
• Manage work orders using Maintenance Care software
• Perform routine and emergency building maintenance
