Our Mars Wrigley plant is seeking a Maintenance Lead —an accomplished leader with over 15 years of experience in manufacturing environments, including more than 3 years managing maintenance teams and 10 years in hands‑on technical roles. As a key member of the extended Site Leadership Team, this position is also accountable for building positive and strategic working relationships with operations on a day‑to‑day basis as well as supporting a longer‑term reliability strategy which improves the overall operation at the local plant and drives the standardization of network and regional best practices. This is a day‑based role; however, direct reports cover a 4 shift 24/7 rotation, escalation management is required as needed, outside of standard working hours.
