We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Group Leader to lead a team of Electricians and Industrial Millwright Mechanics (IMMs) in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This is a critical role that keeps our plant running safely, efficiently, and reliably – you’ll be at the center of major equipment, people leadership, and continuous improvement.
If you love solving complex technical problems, leading skilled trades, and making fast, informed decisions on the shop floor, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop a team of maintenance employees (Electricians & IMMs) supporting plant production operations.
Coordinate multiple maintenance operations while making sound decisions within established policies and practices.
