**What You'll Do?
**As a Maintenance Group Leader, you will lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the efficient operation, upkeep, and continuous improvement of plant equipment and facilities.You will play a key role in supporting production goals through effective maintenance strategies and team supervision.
