As a Maintenance Facilities and Security Manager reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible to coordinate and manage the operational activities, programs, functions, services, and budget for manufacturing assets and facilities maintenance including technical and cost/benefit justification.
This role is responsible to:
Manage preventative maintenance and repair costs for facility equipmentAnalyze manufacturing efficiency issues and conduct problem solving corrective actionPlan for current and future facility expansion/modification and ensure activities are successfully implementedSupport Manufacturing staff in product launch activities (MOP, Service Agreements, Facility Requirements).Efficiently use of necessary spare parts and budget requirements and assure appropriate stock levels.Organize, coordinate, and lead the maintenance activities in support...
