Maintenance Engineer (Ciénega de Flores)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for Yanfeng Seating, a worldwide leader in automotive seating.

• Develop, implement and continuously optimize preventive maintenance plans of equipment and tooling.
• Handle troubleshooting of equipment failures, especially those with on-site downtime > 15 minutes, and summarize experiences.
• Manage spare parts, formulate standards and purchase plans for spare parts and tools, and control inventory within a reasonable range.
• Standardize maintenance files, recording, statistics, analysis and archive equipment maintenance checklists, parameter control tables, PLC program files, etc.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency.
