Job Description
Take on a pivotal role as SSHE Supervisor with Magnum Ice Cream in Simcoe, Ontario. Spearhead safety initiatives and cultivate a culture of health and security compliance.
This full-time position requires you to collaborate with various teams to develop SSHE strategies aimed at reducing waste and enhancing safety. You'll work alongside Production, QA, and Logistics to meet ambitious plant targets while ensuring strict adherence to health regulations and proactive risk management. Focus on training and continuous improvement in safety metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Safety, Security & Health programs at the facility
• Conduct safety audits and maintain health standards
