Overview

Reporting to the Operations Manager - Infrastructure, the MI Supervisor – Paving is responsible for coordinating and supervising asphalt paving and cold recycling activities as well as overseeing crews on jobs and supporting the Infrastructure division. This position is considered to be a safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews on site, ensuring a best-in-class approach to safety, quality, and accountability.
• Coordinate daily operations, providing hands-on support when necessary.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and skill development for new hires to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate and oversee the operation and maintenance of asphalt paving, recycling, and compaction equipment.
• Organize third-party contractors as needed to support project completion.
