We are currently seeking a Magento Support Engineer (remote) to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).
In this Support Engineer role, provide application support for Adobe Commerce (Magento). Responsibilities include incident management, bug resolution, performance tuning, environment monitoring, and support for integrations across global eCommerce operations.
- Troubleshoot Magento storefront, Admin, API, checkout, and order flow issues.
- Resolve module conflicts, theme rendering issues, indexing failures, and caching problems.
