Job Description
Make a difference in workplace safety as a Senior Health and Safety Specialist at MacLean Engineering. This role involves establishing a safety-focused culture at a greenfield site while ensuring effective compliance.
You will partner with the Plant Manager to lead health and safety initiatives and mentor site employees on best practices. Through strategy implementation and data analysis, you will influence senior leadership in health and safety decisions and ensure ongoing improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and enhance MacLean's health and safety strategy
• Evaluate and improve training delivery and compliance
• Collaborate with teams to create impactful Safety Talks
• Lead audits and develop action plans for safety programs
• Analyze safety data and provide insights for enhancement
