Collins aerospace is looking to hire Machine Operator - Shotpeen; you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the robotic shot peening process as required.

Work Shift: Weekday Afternoon (Monday - Thursday (4x10); 4:00 pm - 2:00 am)

What You Will Do

Setup equipment by loading and unloading of robotic shotpeen work centers.

Follow part process techniques, operation sketches and special handler instructions, to include, but not limited to loading/unloading of shot peen machines and airflow, intensity and pressure techniques

Work alongside Process Technicians to optimize machines and produce quality parts.

Monitor and optimize efficiencies of the automated line
