MACH Technical Coordinator Position
Job Description

You will collaborate with the Director of Technical Services and Maintenance Technician Supervisors to maintain and update building records and ensure efficient closure of work orders. Your responsibilities will include optimizing the Facility Manager system and managing technician schedules, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team's efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update diverse building records including maintenance logs
• Close work orders in collaboration with technicians
• Optimize and update Yardi Facility Manager system
• Generate operational reports and dashboard insights
• Coordinate technician vacation and leave requests
