• Facilitate M&A activities, including due diligence
• Draft and review various commercial agreements
• Address complex legal and regulatory issues
• Create and manage contract templates
• Oversee copyright and trademark portfolios
Requirements:
• BCL, LLB or JD degree required
• Good standing member of the Quebec Bar
• 2–5 years in law firms or in-house departments
