Del Cabo Events is seeking a Floral Designer to bring creative visions to life through bespoke floral artistry for luxury events. This role involves leading design execution and working directly with clients to ensure exceptional quality and aesthetic consistency.

Ideal candidates will have a portfolio showcasing high-end floral designs, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. This full-time position may require relocation to San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur.
