What You'll Do
- Lead a team responsible for executing all retail construction projects within North America (New Store Openings Optimizations, Renovations, Temp Spaces, Pop-up build outs, etc.).
- Lead a team responsible for all Repairs and Maintenance programs within the North America Retail portfolio to ensure a safe, comfortable, and luxury experience for all guests and educators.
- Develop and implement new execution strategies, with a strategic focus on elevating quality and reducing costs to improve overall store economics.
- Oversee the successful delivery of all projects on time and on budget while managing key project level milestones and metrics.
