What You'll Do
Lead a team responsible for executing all retail construction projects within North America (New Store Openings Optimizations, Renovations, Temp Spaces, Pop-up build outs, etc.).
Lead a team responsible for all Repairs and Maintenance programs within the North America Retail portfolio to ensure a safe, comfortable, and luxury experience for all guests and educators.
Develop and implement new execution strategies, with a strategic focus on elevating quality and reducing costs to improve overall store economics.
Oversee the successful delivery of all projects on time and on budget while managing key project level milestones and metrics.
