Job Description

Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London is seeking a Luggage Porter to escort guests to rooms, assist with luggage and provide information and services to guests and patrons in accordance with Millennium Gloucester's standards, policies and procedures, and perform tasks as delegated by the Concierge on duty.

Key Responsibilities

• Escort arriving guests and retrieve luggage from claim check provided by the receptionist; deliver luggage to the guest room to continue the check–in procedure.
• Ensure guest room is in order, describe the location of TV control, air conditioning control, guest services directory, and report any deficiencies or guest dissatisfaction immediately to the Manager on duty.
• Describe all hotel services to guests, provide other information as required, and follow up on information requested if not known.
