Role:
Under RN supervision, the Hospice LPN is responsible for providing nursing interventions and teaching skills to maximize patient comfort and to enhance the quality of life to the patient/family unit.

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current LPN licensure in the state of employment
- IV certification required at time of hire beginning November 10, 2024. Employees in this job prior to November 10, 2024 will be required to obtain certification by June 10, 2025.
