Your Responsibilities Will Include- Build the operational risk framework for the loyalty program
- Design and implement preventive and detective fraud controls
- Manage and track fraud incidents through resolution
- Serve as the liaison with the Second and Third Lines of Defense
- Translate operational risks into business decisions with documented trade‑offs
- Operate and continuously improve the program's GRC tools
