LOTO Compliance Manager - LRT Systems

The LOTO Compliance Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of isolation/LOTO procedures and all documentation for all applicable systems, including electrical and mechanical systems within the Edmonton Valley Line West Expansion project. This role ensures compliance with local, provincial, and federal safety regulations, while promoting a safety-first culture in all construction, testing and temporary operation activities. The manager will report to the Temporary Operations manager and work as part of the commissioning team, substituting the Temporary Operations manager and OCC control as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Carry out any duties deemed necessary from the temporary operations manager or commissioning manager during construction, commissioning and operations of EVLW.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive LOTO procedures for all LRT systems (e.g., traction power, signaling, communication systems, rail vehicles...
