Loss Prevention - Risk Assessment Specialist

What You Will Do

• Working out of your home-based office you will provide detailed farm, commercial and residential inspections.
• You must have a willingness to work on a flexible schedule and travel as needed. A valid Ontario driver's license and an exceptional driving record are required. A company vehicle and all work‑related equipment will be provided.
• Organize and carry out inspections to evaluate properties and report on‑site observations for insurance underwriting purposes. Identify and analyze hazards and critical issues, measure buildings, and take photographs, as well as inspect features such as fire prevention systems, heating equipment, and fuel storage tanks.
• Develop and submit electronic reports, complete with thermal and digital imagery as well as recommendations to underwriting.
• Follow up on requirements to ensure completion.
