Job Description
Rodeo FX seeks a Look Development Artist in Montreal for a 4-month contract, available on-site 4 days a week. Bring your expertise in textures and shaders to create visually stunning assets.
As a Look Development Artist, you will refine textures, generate validation renders, and deliver lighting-ready assets under tight deadlines. Your experience will enable seamless collaboration with various teams, ensuring a coherent asset pipeline. You'll also actively participate in dailies and contribute to ongoing workflow improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop complete looks with textures and shaders
• Create validation renders for dailies reviews
• Deliver lighting-ready assets on schedule
• Propose effective artistic solutions for assets
• Collaborate with teams for asset continuity
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years experience in lookdev or texturing
• Proficiency in Houdini, Maya, and Nuke
• Solid knowledge of Arnold or Karma
