Logistics Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to support daily logistics operations through detailed administrative work, shipment planning, documentation management and coordination with internal teams and carriers. The Logistics Specialist ensures that inbound and outbound shipments are accurately prepared, efficiently scheduled, and fully compliant with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments from order release through delivery confirmation, ensuring all logistics activities are properly documented.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading (BOLs), shipping labels, customs forms, and packing lists. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely staging, loading, and dispatch of shipments.
