Logistics & Quality Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Logistics & Quality Specialist to join and strengthen our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics processes, monitoring product and process quality, and driving continuous improvements. The position requires not only organizational skills but also a hands-on approach in the production environment .

• Coordinate logistics activities in production (material flow, inventory planning, truck loading)
• Monitor product and process quality, manage complaints, and ensure corrective actions
• Prepare and present reports on quality and logistics performance to plant management
• Actively participate in audits and contribute to continuous process improvements
