You will coordinate shipments, engage with customers and carrier partners, and tackle service challenges effectively. Your contributions play a key role in enhancing operational success within the Fastfrate Group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate daily with customers and carriers for efficient operations
• Work closely with ASL Fleet to enhance asset utilization
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and carriers
• Prepare customer rate quotes as needed
