Logistics Operations Lead

Our client is seeking a hands-on Logistics Operations Lead to play a critical role in stabilizing and scaling the U.S. and Mexico logistics operations. This position serves as the senior problem-solver and escalation point within our logistics function-owning complex exceptions, driving process improvements, and supporting a fast-growing manufacturing business. This is not a purely strategic or project-only role. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial environment, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and is comfortable owning problems from start to finish.
