Support logistics operations as a Logistics Operations Coordinator in Richmond Hill, ON. Play a crucial role in ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes at our manufacturing facility.
We are on the lookout for a motivated Logistics Coordinator who is keen to excel in logistics and supply chain management. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, while maintaining meticulous records and documentation. Effective collaboration with various departments is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate inbound shipments and track delivery appointments
• Document and verify shipments using Spire/SAP
• Communicate updates on shipments to internal teams
• Maintain organized shipping/receiving areas and safety compliance
• Operate necessary equipment and assist with workflow
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or administrative roles
