The Logistics Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving workforce capability, operational excellence, and resilient logistics performance at the Ecolab Buenos Aires site. This role supports recruiting and talent planning efforts, fosters continuous improvement, and ensures strong team engagement and site‑level execution. The position partners closely with functional leaders across North America and International Markets through informal reporting relationships to align strategies, share best practices, and support global logistics objectives.
