Join MSU Maccess as a Logistics Executive focused on orchestrating impactful campus events, ensuring they are accessible and inclusive. This role combines event management with strong community engagement.
Working under the Maccess Director, you will take charge of organizing all logistics related to Maccess campaigns and events. This includes arranging room bookings, scheduling, and managing the setup and breakdown. A knowledgeable approach to accessibility practices will be crucial, alongside strong communication skills to foster collaboration with the executive team and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm bookings for events and equipment
