Logistics Customer Service (Weekend Shift)
Job Description
This position is responsible for operating load statuses at every stage of the load process to ensure operations are running smoothly and maintain a 98% pickup and delivery status.
**Main Responsibilities**:- Monitor and track active shipments- Proactively communicate with carriers and drivers- Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams- Identify and escalate potential delays or service issues- Ensure accurate documentation and system update**Required Skill Set**:- Punctuality & Attendance- Sense of urgency- Teamwork- Self-Motivation- Problem Solving- Outgoing**Requirements**:- English level - Advance (fluent)- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service- Experience tracking shipments for international loads.
