This role involves supporting the Surface Logistics Department in daily operations, creating a positive impact on service quality. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely freight movement. Additionally, your efforts in assisting with reports and providing back-up support will enhance team productivity and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Field customer inquiries and resolve complaints
• Input customer orders into the TMS system
