Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator will work daily with clients and vendors across all aspects of client transportation needs. They will provide guidance and support to maintain a consistent and effective application of company supply chain practices. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and providing efficient transportation and storage solutions for the entire lifecycle of our products, from source to final product distribution.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate and track the shipment of products according to customer requirements
- Work to identify efficiencies in cost and timeliness of shipping processes
- Manage the Freight Helpdesk by answering all inquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Respond to client shipping and fulfillment inquiries and coordinate with freight and warehousing vendors
- Review freight invoices and report for accuracy and completeness prior approval
