Job Description
Drive shipping excellence as a strategic Shipping Manager. Focus on outbound logistics, ensuring timely and compliant shipment of finished goods while utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for management and reporting.
This role encompasses the oversight of daily shipping operations including the preparation and staging of goods for shipment. You'll manage documentation accuracy and compliance, collaborate with various departments, and track shipping performance. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and supervising staff for optimal workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate shipping operations including dispatch and routing
• Verify accuracy of prepared finished goods
• Transmit Advanced Shipping Notices to customers
• Align shipping schedules with internal teams
• Ensure completeness of all shipping documents
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
• 5+ years logistics/shipping experience in manufacturing
