Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and delivering weekly production schedules in a timely manner to support lead times for labour and raw material planning
- Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Procurement teams to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of supply issues
- Coordinate supplying and receiving plant schedules, including communication of kill and cut levels at Port Colborne and other plants
- Enter weekly production orders into SAP and create purchase orders and stock transfer orders for meat and packaging materials
