Logistic Sales Specialist
Job Description
Objectives of the Position:- Contact potential customers- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Maintain clients records.Activities- Make bookings with shipping lines and/or airlines for exports.
- Issue HBLs for export.
- Create and update electronic files.
- Fill out and update the operations report in Drive- Update shipments in the System (dates and documents).
- Monitor each shipment.Review documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, BLs, customs declarations).
- Prepare letters of instruction for shipping lines.
- Release shipments.Collect and review expense accounts and all invoices.Request payments to suppliers.
- Enter costs/sales into the system for invoicing.Process warranty returns with shipping lines and clients.Send arrival notifications.
**Requirements**:- Degree in International Business and Foreign trade or related- Experience in Maritime, air, and land logistic processes.
