Job Description
Lead operations at a remote northern mining lodge as the Lodge Manager. Oversee front desk, food services, and housekeeping while ensuring excellent client service and organization.
As the Lodge Manager, you will manage support services in a unique setting, coordinating a 2-week on-off rotation schedule. Background in management and experience in the service industry are essential. You will maintain budgets, monitor staffing levels, and ensure compliance with all regulations and client obligations.
