✅ Essential Requirements

Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
Minimum 3+ years permanent post-qualified experience (DfE compliant)
Strong Children in Care / LAC experience
Confident with court work and care planning
Ability to manage a varied and busy caseload
