Local Payment Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Local Payment Manager to join our team! As a Local Payment Manager, you will own and manage the end-to-end site payment process for studies in Brazil. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with payment timelines and for providing all related support to both the sponsor and the study sites.
Start-up Activities
- Participation in Trial Oversight Meetings to obtain information on updates related to payments; consulting with the Contract Manager about the budget; communicate with CTM/CTL/PME when needed to ensure the correct reconciliation.
- Setup of study country fee templates and site fee schedules.
- Manage site payees in MDG and site payees.
Study Conduct
- Perform as SPOC of the sites related to payments and client requirements.
