The Role
:As a Concierge, you will be an important member of the Front Office team that creates a warm arrival experience for the guest while exceeding their expectations. You will act as a guide to help guest rediscover the beauty of the Canadian Rockies through the endless list of activities inside and outside the resort. As a concierge of the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, you will be an ambassador for our hotel, brand, and the Kananaskis valley. It is important for you to experience the activities and learn about the products offered. You must be able to confidently, and passionately speak to our guests about all that Kananaskis has to offer.
