Job Overview
As a Loan Officer, you will support the loan origination process by handling data entry and ensuring accurate input of new leads into the LO ONE system.
Responsibilities
- Proficiently handle data entry and accurately input new leads into the LO ONE system.
- Schedule workflows and journeys in Total Expert, and create request documents for borrowers as needed.
- Make 75–100 outbound calls a day when necessary to follow up on leads.
Qualifications
- Tech‑savvy with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- 3–5 years of experience in a loan‑origination or related role.
- Proficiency in both LO ONE and Total Expert software.
