Active management of loan, property, and collateral data in the relevant systemsSupport with loan disbursements, contract amendments, repayments, and implementation of financing structures in the relevant systemsCreation and ongoing processing of property developer and developer financing as well as loan accounting transactionsPreparation of customer correspondence as well as collateral and land register documents Close cooperation with other departments as a member of the Loan Management team to coordinate all back office activities in the Portfolio Management process Participation in process and interface optimisation as well as regulatory tasksCollaboration on projectsHow to convince us
