Job Description
Applies specialist knowledge in performing and reviewing specific processes and procedures within and across departments, to support achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Participates/leads in the design, development and implementation of processes within area of expertise. Under general supervision, incumbent collaborates with regulatory, legal, brokers, and local authorities to establish rules for Gemini and manage regulatory changes. The role ensures alignment with business priorities during roll‑out and supports communication efforts to all involved departments, supports daily OPS operations and is the main liaison with other support departments, and coordinates and oversees all aspects of the change process to ensure smooth implementation without disruptions.
