ResponsibilitiesTo provide technical direction, project leadership and coordination of effort among financial work groups for analysis of diverse business proposals, development of business plan/strategic plan and on-going financial technical advice to senior management.Acts as lead in coordinating annual business planning process for appropriate operating unit.Process includes developing targets, ensuring timely business plan assumption and information flow to analysis and/or operating management.Analysis major operational and strategic proposals affecting operating units; provides business impact studies on all such proposals, ensuring focus on corporate impact.Ensures proper tracking and major reporting of program/project results.Provides post audits of major programs implemented, and actual financial impact to operations versus original plan.Oversees on-going monitoring of operational and financial performance, ensuring that appropriate analysis, trend highlights, and recommenda...
