As a Supervisor, you will partner with the Manager to oversee operations while ensuring compliance with licensing agreements. Your leadership will empower staff to foster therapeutic relationships and support young mothers addressing mental health challenges. You'll play a vital role in promoting resilience and independence for clients in a supportive community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage compliance with accreditation regulations
