Realstar is on the lookout for a proactive Maintenance Technician to reside on-site in Kitchener, Ontario. This position involves managing maintenance systems and addressing resident issues promptly. Key responsibilities include visual inspections, grounds upkeep, and compliance with safety regulations, ensuring the property meets company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain all property systems
• Respond to resident inquiries and service requests
• Oversee grounds maintenance and cleanliness
• Manage snow removal and exterior duties
• Collaborate with contractors for maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• Experience in residential property management
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Capacity for physical tasks, lifting up to 100 lbs
